The location is great with a lovely courtyard view, very close to all the major attractions and the city center.

the marvellous location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from main square. the staff was amiable in managing every request. my room was quiet with ac, private bathroom, for example, really enjoyed it.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location
The staff must let you in the door, the only problem is that half of the time there is no one there to let you in. Very frustrating so you must wait for another guest to come out so that you can get back in. The staff is not very accommodating and they do not speak any language other than Spanish. I would not stay here again

The park was perfect for family picnics and had a beautiful lake where we could rent rowboats and enjoy some quality bonding time. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
My wife says that it would have been even better if the hotel had a small play area or a kids' corner.

The location is Ok- in the center and near the main station . it's better if the staff speak a little english, not only spanish. The rooms are too small and dark.

Had a great time overall! The information center in Plaza Mayor was very helpful for a lot of information on important sites around the area. The hostal was great and the staff was excellent but didn't speak english. Bathroom was very nice to have in the room however we wish we would've had a kitchenette or have been able to use their kitchen. great location overall. By great clubs and right in the thick of all the touristy stuff. Would stay here again.
